Started as a street vendor in 1957, it is a ceramics manufacturer that produces Hasamiyaki tableware and interior decoration items, a craft from Nagasaki Prefecture that is over 400 years old.

The production of Hasamiyaki adopts a division of labor system, with different companies responsible for each process, and Maruhiro plays the role of "producer", entrusting craftsmen to design their own products in each process.

We also actively produce works in collaboration with artists and products from other companies. From 2021, we have added a rice department and HIROPPA, and are developing diversified community projects centered on Hasamiyaki that bring together people and culture.
